The Perfect Autumn Smoothie: Golden Goodness
We are doing a new superfood smoothie at The Health Emporium, called The Golden Goodness Super Smoothie; it is a gorgeous golden-yellow colour and already hugely popular.

  1. Pour all in the ingredients apart from the rice syrup into a blender (a stick blender works well too) and mix thoroughly, adding more coconut milk if necessary.
  2. Taste and sweeten if needed with the rice or maple syrup.
Recipe Notes

*Freezing the bananas makes the smoothie nice and thick.
*The water and scooped out flesh of a fresh coconut instead of the coconut milk would be delicious and creamy.
*The macadamias can be replaced with your favourite nut; cashews, almonds or brazil nuts.
*You could replace the mango with papaya, pineapple, orange, mandarin, pear or even leftover roast pumpkin or sweet potato.
