I started selling the butter retail in 2010, haven’t had time to look back since!
What is the motive behind your product?
To make the best tasting butter possible.
What is your favourite product?
The Creme Fraiche; it is the foundation flavour for the butter and it took me a while to get it to the standard it is today.
What does Pepe Saya have planned for the future?
In the short term, it’s all about telling Australia about Pepe Saya Butter and hope one day 23 million people will get to taste it.
